This dunkin donuts was very good they have a good vanilla ice latte and there donuts are very good ????.
Complete staff change in the last month or so and service plummeted. Kinda dirty inside, staff not very friendly (like the old... group, who were wonderful), dumb stuff like donuts will always be upside down in the bag, no manager. Unfortunate. And Iunderstand the same guy owns all the stores in the area. Oh well. Read more

Not the best Dunkin I have been to. The employees watched me walk in and go to the register, but didn't come to ask me about my... order. There was a lady who came out of the back room and walked right past me seeing that I was waiting, and still didnt tellthe other employees to come and take my order. It wasn't until a white woman walked in behind me (I was waiting for over 3minutes) they came to the register. However, as soon as she walked through the door they ran over and came to assist me. Thenthe same lady came back and asked me about my order, as if I hadn't been waiting for 5 minutes. The older lady who handeled myorder near pickup was very sweet and had such a warm smile on her face. Family owned. They are amazing! They have a great relationship with the regulars that come in. This was my first time and he... somehow knew my name as some as I walked in. Even with all the people that came in at the same time, he flew thru preparingeveryone's order. I was in there just a little under 5 mins! ???? Order was made to perfection! Sorry. The people here are the best. They know my name and my order before I even get to the register. They have 100s of customers a... day, and they seem to know every regular that comes in. They always say hi and have smiles on their faces. The restaurant isalways clean, and they?re fast. So glad this is my local Dunkin?. Read more
