You have been warned.... Filthy dirty. No ice for drinks. Pizza not cooked enough. Pizza missing roma tomatoes. Flies all... around. No silverware. Sloooow service. Glad we are just passing through. I forgot to mention that NO BELL PEPPERS either. Justa side note, in your reply, "We take pride in customer service and running a clean restaurant." Time for Roundtable uppermanagement to get out of the office and start unannounced visits to your restaurants if you want to keep the businesses going.Yes, some of them are out of the way to get to but those are the ones that you sold franchises to so now you need to complete"your" job and have follow-up's to get them all back to a higher standard and true pride not just your spoken word. Action arewhat are needed and needed now. Every inaction costs you repeat customers. It is always cheaper to retain a current customerthan to get new customers, cost of advertising. Ordered online pick up and was given a 25 minute ready time. Showed up 25 minutes later and they said they never got the order... ticket but the online order was in thier system. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to make it. So much for ordering ahead.I get the pizzas and go home. Open the boxes and the pizzas were not fully cooked and were doughy. The cooking flour was stillfalling off the bottom. I had to put them in my own oven and finish cooking them. They also forgot to give me the two ranch cuporders I made as well. They never seemed apologetic and didn't offer a discount or future discount. This place used to be ranvery well. I will not return. Read more
The manager Stephanie and her associate were so kind and courteous. I had come into town right before closing to pick up my... order and there was a misunderstanding about one of the pizzas. Service was so slow. Called and waited an hour and a half to head over and pick up our pizza. Waited another hour in store to... get our pizza. Was more tired than hungry went we left! So disappointed Read more
People were really nice and they honored there coupons. Pizza looked awesome. Definitely way better than it used to be, new... management so definitely check it out. AND THEY HAVE STUFFED CRUST NOW!! Pizza is a little spendy tho, I know they pridethemselves on fresh ingredients but can't it be cheaper, staff was awesome tho. Read more
I would give this place zero stars if I could! I reserved the large party room for my twin birthday party from 1-4, and they... were closed when we showed up! I understand being short handed, but a courtesy call would have been phenomenal so I could makeother arrangements! Pizza Hut did what I needed in 45 minutes! 9 pizzas, 6 orders of wings, 5 orders of breadsticks with TWOEMPLOYEES!
