I ordered Pizza Hut when round table dropped the ball on my twin?s birthday party! The two employees were currently cooking for... a party already taking place but still we?re able to get out our order of 9 pizzas, 6 orders of breadsticks and 6 orders ofwings in 45 minutes! Would give zero stars if possible, I've been ordering from this location off and on for years now and up until about the past... year it had always been good pizza and decent service. I had one bad experience back in August 21 and although the manager madeit right eventually it was bad enough to sway us to order elsewhere. Fast forward to last night graduation night here in elkowe had a long week and school was finally finished it was late I was exhausted so my husband told me to order pizza for ourfamily, we ordered around 10 pm 2 hours before closing the wait was estimated to be about 65-75 mins pretty long yes but weunderstood its graduation night and they were probably busy. Well come 1140 no pizza no word from anyone in the store I got onthe phone and tried getting through when I did I was hung up on. Come 12 we decided to go down there as we were charged for ourfood and it was closing time and no word from anyone with pizza hut. We arrived and there was other upset customers thereleaving. As we entered, the moment we asked where our pizza was we were berated and cursed out by a super unprofessionalemployee working the front counter while all his coworkers stood silent and watched this train wreck unfold. He pushed a buttontold us it was refunded and to get the fu@# out before he called the police on us, we asked why no one could called or let usknow they weren't going to be able to fulfill our order? The gentleman continued to berate us yelling and screaming to get thefu*@ out he also told me to learn how to cook (I'm actually an amazing cook) and other insults as he also called us entitledand lazy because we used a food service that he's employed by???????? we ended up walking out after words were exchanged and a"refund " was made, we've yet to see the refund and had to find food elsewhere at nearly 12:30 am. I have ordered from them many times, most of the time they are very late. One time they were 4 hours late. I was very happy that... they arrived on time today, however there were several items missing, the driver said he would be back, took 45 mins. They stilldid not bring the 18 drinks. When I asked about delivering the rest of the order, the lady we very short rude and stated "FINE,I will send him back over!" then hung up. Beyond rude for a 25% tip. WORST SERVICE. Read more
As I Ma department head for construction company I came to Elko Nevada with a crew of about 16 and we are to complete a job... within 3 weeks. Having worked a 13 hour day obviously my crew and I were extremely exhausted and hungry. I had ordered twopizzas that were not the correct order. Ordered a large 3 tipping, cheese bread, 2 marinara sauce and 4 drinks. I got the 4 drinks, besides that the order was wrong. I... was given bread sticks, a 2 topping pizza completely different then ordered. But the receipt received with the delivery did havemy correct order on it. I called the store and was directed to a supervisor. Waited ten minutes without any answer. Called backand was directed to call corporate because the phone number was to someone who wasn't at the pizza hut. Not sure why a phonenumber would be provided to call a third party instead of the store. Called corporate and was talking to a person immediately.They were able to resolve the issue for me.
