Went thru drive thru, slightly rude staff, but didn't wait too long for our food.
We ordered through the drive through and the lady who took our order was rude and kept ignoring us. We asked for an ice cream at... the end and she said to "just go to the window" and ignored us when we asked for an ice cream while giving her our card. Theyalso forgot our second fry that we ordered. When we dined in another time there were two women taking orders in the front andone of them said that they would take them in a second and turned her headphones off and began talking and laughing with thegirl next to her until she decided it was convenient for her to answer the customers. C'mon, it's McD's. You know the food. It's people that make the difference. Staff here listened to order, delivered what we... asked for efficiently but without getting rushed, and made sure we had plenty of napkins for a sticky pancake breakfast. Read more
Went with my family at 2 for a late lunch. Kids could not play because they close the play area for 4 hours during the day... rather than cleaning at night. My husbands order was dropped on the table with an attitude and rolled eyes. The bun was hard thefood was cold. One of the young girls working there was very disrespectful to the custodian when he was trying to clean. Verydisappointing experience. Read more
I ordered 4 happy meals which none came with fries and when I took back lady was not happy until manager said they come with... fries and apples. Then went to my meal which was cold had extra pickles when I asked for none. Pickles on both sides which isexcessive for a no pickle order. And my fries were cold and gross. I spent almost 40 bucks on dinner. This is why I rarely gohere good to see after a year nothing has changed. Read more
It?s okay. It seems like their frappe machine is down a lot, and the food quality has high variability. They have a two-lane... drive-thru; I recommend not using the outside drive-thru intercom. For some reason the inside lane just moves way faster. Also,I noticed that the sausage egg McMuffins are a dollar more expensive than Wells. So consistency is just not good at thislocation. Read more
I wish I could give zero stars. We live in Carlin and do not frequent this McDonald's very often because everytime we come here... there is something wrong with our order. Today we paid for food we didn't even recieve, the lettuce was brown and the fries werecold. The lady at the window giving us our food was very curt and wanted to shove us out of line as quickly as she could. I am absolutely fed up with paying for food we don't even get to enjoy (or recieve.) This location needs a new manager who actuallycares, and they've needed a new one for some time. If your thinking about trying this place out, I 100% recommend you goelsewhere. Read more
Garbage. This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The only other terrible one being the other Elko location. The... people they hire to cook here are shockingly incompetent. The food is soggy, stale and poorly put together. How hard is it toconstruct basic, mostly pre made food? They need to hire people that can read past a first grade level to work here. Thepopulation in Elko is fairly high. I'm sure there are better options. Especially for the ridiculous prices they charge. I caneat at a nice family owned restaurant with standards for the same price as I payed for this "food". Read more
