Excelente place to play bowling with friends or family
The staff that was there were all nice and happy to help. The establishment is the main concern. It was so hot in the bowling... area that everyone was sweating sitting down. The kiosks to set up each game are absolutely tragic. The keyboard fell off of thekiosk, half the lanes bumpers don't work for kids and the balls were sticky. The bowling area is definitely the runt of themulti-business. It's run down and in desperate need of improvements but it's the only bowling option in town and it's still funfor the family. Read more
Stopped late in the evening on my way home to Utah. Good service and great ice cream. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is... because it shares a spot with a pizza place and it was very loud and rowdy when I was there. Not a dealbreaker for me personallybut it's good to know upfront. Read more
We had our twins 5th birthday part here and it was a blast. There was an issue with the food we ordered being delivered to... another table and we waited the whole 2 hours we were there to get it. This was upsetting as members of our family left duringthe party. However, when it was all said and done they did an awesome job compensating us for the mix up. They made everythingright and we will go back again and again. Thank you so much for all you did and seeing y'all take care of this issue is thetruest meaning of great customer service. I love this place! We always have our family parties here! Even did an adult group party and the staff is wonderful! They check... up on everything and the blind onion pizza always serves enough so that we can take it home! My kids have even participated inleague bowling and Kami is absolutely wonderful at teaching how to bowl! Read more
Lane one kept messing up for us, but he tried fixing us twice before switching our lanes. It's a nice little bowling alley. I... like the thing that helps the little kids bowl. The pizza was amazing! Read more
My whole family went to cosmic bowling. It's the only bowling alley we have around here unless you drive 2 hours to twin falls.... That being said, it's pretty nice but if we had another newer alley I would go there. The equipment is out of date, theselection of bowling balls is very limited and our lanes had quite a few problems over the 3 hours we were there. The bar isnice and the bartender did great. My one most important complaint would be that they don't play music at all.. they have ajukebox that is super expensive and you have to pay for any music. Unless you want to spend $1 for only 2 songs... that's justa ripoff to be honest. The bathroom needs to be remodled big time. There is a pizza place inside also that is decent butexpensive. There is also a coldstone creamery but I've only been there once so i can't say much. Read more
When you think of Elko, and the places that act as a cornerstone to emphasize the qualities that make this town worth living in... or visiting; the Blind Onion Pizza parlour, ice cream shop and Bowling Alley should be a main place to go. The staff isexceptional with their customer service and multitasking abilities...the food is superb and top notch...and the entireenvironment is welcoming and friendly. As a fairly new resident, i strongly request making a trip here to find a positiveexperience that you wont regret. CHEERS! Read more
