When we arrived we were informed that they only had two sandwiches left and it would be three hours before they had anymore. We... choose to take the two they had and they had definitely been sitting under the warmer for some time. The buns were hard. When wewent to the soda machine and every product was out and we had to ask for them to fill it behind the counter. The restaurantcould definitely use some cleaning. If you don't have anything to cook then maybe have the staff do some needed cleaning ratherthan standing around talking. 3 of us arrived between 7 & 7:30pm and there was absolutely nobody behind the counter. After saying Hello numerous times and... looking all over noticed the two employees come in from outside in back-- the open back door was clearly visible from thecounter. While waiting I noticed the entire fry area was a big mess...fries and onion rings and other trash on the floor,additional items in baskets. We decided against ordering anything except sandwiches which we ate in the dining room. As usual,we added Arby sauce to our sandwiches and noticed it was rather spicy... I didn't realize until we were ready to leave when Ichecked the sauce area that there is a spicier sauce available. There is no way all 3 of us used the wrong sauce. Plus the arbysauce and the spicy version were not even next to each other. We wanted to let the employees know that the wrong sauce waslabeled as Arby Sauce but again, they were nowhere to.be found! Out back/outside again!! An easy target for anybody wanting tojust hop the counter and grab whatever they wanted. Our late night meal was FANTASTIC, it was by far the best visit we've had there in 5 years. Our server was curious and dead set... on getting our order 100% , the food was spectacular I had a wagyu burger my wife ad a double b&c with no red ranch and WoWwe've never had such good food from Arby's.. My first impression of Arby's was quite sensational. They do have all the meats you could possibly find at a restaurant. Their... Roast Turkey Ranch and Bacon Wrap is delicious. The soft flour tortilla could have tasted better if toasted though. A goodoption from their cold meats menu. Read more
Sandwiches and fries were fine and hot, but my sandwich barely had any meat in it. Arby's usually has great sandwichs loaded... with meat, at least compared to other places, but today this was not the case. If this kind of food continues, I will not beback. Read more
