Pastries are fabulous however the manager really needs to retrain their team members to treat customers with respect. Two young... guys were unfriendly and laughing at their customers behind their back is very unprofessional. They were acting like 5 year oldkids. I went to Paris Baguette because I kept seeing it on social media and it's close to my home so I said why not, let's try it. I... was looking for a regular glazed, jelly or even a plain donut. They didn't have anymore around the 3pm hour so I said okay. I'lltry some cake. I bought 3 slices. One chocolate, one similar to a lemon and another regular yellow cake. They came in their owncute little boxes and nicely decorated. I went to taste one and it was horrible. It tasted like Paper. I said oh my God! I spentmoney for this. I tasted the other cake and it was just as horrible. I said oh my goodness, who is doing the baking here. I hadmy mother taste the 3rd piece and I did as well as she said it didn't taste to good. I was a little more than upset because Ithought I was going to taste moist piece of cake. It wasn't moist at all and had no flavor. It was pretty though. For the moneyI paid I knew I was going to get at least a good slice of cake. I couldn't believe all three, different flavors were that bad.Maybe their donuts are better but I won't be back to find out. Don't expect the baked goods to be good just because it's pricey. Disappointed at the level of customer service provided at this location. Just seems like lazy employees or management but I... stopped by after work to get a nice cake for my sister?s birthday that she spent in the ER and just got out. All I asked for wasfor them to write ?Happy Birthday Sydney? on the cake and they would not do it? I gotten cake here before and they wrote it on apastry cookie then placed it on the cake which I really appreciated but they did not even bother with spending one extra minuteto make my sister?s birthday a little extra special. Only got a ?no we can?t do that? so I?m not going to argue with poorcustomer service for cakes this expensive because I will simply not return and not recommend this location to anyone anymore. Ihope other customers do not get this poor service. Please do not respond with your generic copy-paste response that showsincompetence, I won?t be returning. Read more

I ordered my birthday cake online and picked it up here. I got the green tea strawberry cake and it was heavenly! Quality matcha... and the cream was so smooth and not so sweet that it was overbearing. Definitely a place to treat yourself to quality cakes. Ialso love the variety of baked goods here. Read more
My mom heard about this place and really wanted to try the "Strawberry Soft Cream" cake for her birthday. So I did my research... and to my surprise they offer rewards and it was easy to sign up, so I figured everything seems perfect and it truly was. Theysent me a welcoming reward for signing up (that's a plus) then I placed my order for my mother's birthday cake those purchasepoints went towards my rewards but the cake was everything she could have asked for!!! The Strawberry Soft Cream cake was lightand delicious not as heavy as most strawberry shortcake so if you're looking for something light and yummy and not to heavy forhealth reasons most definitely try. Because everything was perfect for my mom I decided to come back 2 weeks later and get mydaughter a birthday cake from there she loves coffee and chocolate so no doubt I purchased her the Mocha cake and once again itwas everything my daughter could expect.
