Me and my sister came in the Elkins location on 10/4 at around 11:15am. We stood at the counter for a good 5 mins we were walked... by twice by a manager with a clipboard she did not bother to stop what she was doing and take our order or let us know thattheir fryers were down. So we ordered on the kiosk beside us. These people waited until I placed my order and then proceeds totell me that their fryers are down. For one someone should have told us to begin with that the fryers were down. I asked for arefund. My order total was $25.18. The lady had me stick my card in and I?m assuming issued a refund but I still have yet toreceive it but I will give them the 24 hours. Read more

Great service! Food was fresh and wasn't a sloppy mess like most Taco Bells I've been to recently.
Shaun and Kristen discriminate and allow employees to vandalism minor employee's belongings. They manipulate and bully. The... elkins taco bell is not a fair or respectful place to work. This is just the few things I'm able to mention online. What theyhave done is not okay or morally correct. It sickens me what they have done and have been allowed to get away with. The workers at the drive thru are so sweet. The food is always fresh and delicious.
