I order a medium Dr Pepper with my order. What I get is a small, very diluted cup of carbonated water basically. Happens pretty... often. Not sure how you can look at a cup of very clear soda and think ?Yeah, that looks about rifht.? Edited for today?svisit: I never have a good visit when there seems to be one specific employee there. He seems so rude. Edited again: Ordered a4 piece, got a 3 piece. Come on. Another edit: It?s funny that my codes from the app never seem to work when one specificemployee is taking my order. Every. Went through the drive thru. No smiles at the cash window, simple stuck the change out the window. At the food window the order... was basically held out the window. The burger itself was dry, cheese wasn't even melted, perhaps old? I did go at 1600, priorto prime time. Based on this visit, will not visit the Weston location again. Read more
We were visiting the area and ate there on 3 different occasions. First time nuggets were hard and dry. 2nd time was very... little gravy with my meal and biscuits were hard. 3rd time after waiting 25 minutes in line, order sausage biscuit with egg(hadcheese on it) returned and ordered again and got sausage and cheese biscuit and after going back again was ignored by staff forseveral minutes and finally got the right order. I just got a McChicken and they gave me two patties on it. It's a pretty cool, average McDonald's :)
My family and I are from Maryland and we were beyond happy with the customer service given at this location on 8/6/22. The drive... they employees on this day were spectacular with taking our order, making our order, and handing off our order. Employees were rude at register. Three of them just stood there and looked at me while I was waiting to place a order. Took 10... minutes for someone to come out of the back and take my order. None of the tables were clean. Napkins, trash, crumbs, and fingerprints on EVERY table. Soda machine area was FILTHY Read more
They did a pretty good job considering how busy things were, though I did have to remind the cashier about the drink with my... order, and family members had to remind them about their food. Read more
