I just came on here to say that the one and only waitress working on November 13 needs a raise!! She did excellent keeping her... cool and worked hard . Poor thing was the ONLY one working on the floor waiting on a big party in the party room and about 10other tables.. Our wait was long to get ordered and food but I am going to blame management on that for only having one personon the floor. Ordered $19 pasta and this is what came. None of the pasta was very good. The $32 pizza was mostly crust and they also messed... up the order. Won't be ordering from there again. Read more

We had a 'free kids meal' coupon made a bit of a trek to come. The service was prompt and friendly. We ordered meatballs and... cheese bread, a slice of cheese pizza (for the kid) and chicken and sausage tortellini. I think they probably get most of theirbusiness for pizza- we'll try that next time. The entrees we chose were underwhelming at best. I'm not even sure the meatballswere made in house. Overall, pretty disappointing -- but we will be back to try the pizza as our kiddo really enjoyed it. Read more

I came to redeem my birthday reward. The waitress asked me whether I needed a menu and I told her I didn?t need a menu and I had... a question about the birthday reward. She handed me a menu anyway. I asked her my question twice and she laughed and flipped meoff. I had my wallet out and I thought I was ordering, but another waitress came over and climbed into a high chair and both ofthem giggled while the one who was supposed to be taking my order scooted the other one around. There were people waiting. Itwas infuriating. Unbelievably disrespectful. Incredibly immature. Sam And Louie?s can keep their $10 birthday reward. I am neverreturning to this location or any other.
