We went to Maximos for our wedding rehearsal dinner and it was great! Very conveniently located (we were at A Venue on the... Ridge) we had about 30 inside for a delicious buffet style meal of enchiladas, tacos, and sides. Stopped by since my husband and I recently moved to Elkhorn and wanted to try out a close/local spot. It was on Husker game day... so it was quiet but exactly what we wanted. The patio was awesome but the food was even better! I got the Maximo Enchiladas andthey had so much flavor. My husband ordered the fajitas and said their were some of the best he had in Omaha. Everything wasfresh and the service was great. Although I couldn?t indulge in a margarita (pregnant) my husband said they were perfect and sogood! Had dinner here last night. The portions are great. Wife got a peach margarita that was very good. My photo and dinner choice... was a chimichanga. Ended up taking half home with me, so much food. No complaints. Dinner for 2 adults with a drink each and achild came to around 75 dollars. Read more
