They lost our debit card and had the audacity to ask for a different payment. Manger was obviously not experienced or trained.
I really like the atmosphere of this place, and the location is perfect, but the service keeps getting worse every time I go... here. Took 30 minutes to get chips and queso, and they forgot to out in our actual food order. Now they charge a fee for creditcards... I'm going to drive the extra 5 minutes and go somewhere else to get better service. Read more
3.5 only because of the length of time it took for food taxes arrive! When we visited there were only a few tables seated, 2-2... tops and a larger group that had already eaten. Took over 30 mins for burgers and fries to arrive. Food was good and staff wasfriendly and efficient. Overall vibe is very good and casual. Great place to just lounge around in. Read more
We used to love Addy's Elkhorn. Ate there at least 1-2 times a week. The prices have gone up ridiculous. But staff has gone down... hill so bad. We miss our favorite, Crystal. She always was so friendly and got everything right. Tired of cold food and thingsscrewed up. We probably won't be back. Read more
