Got out of hospital just wanted something in my stomach went thru drive- thru all I can say is so much disrespect I was afraid... if my food was gonna be ok 5 years going and I'm so disappointed I'm gonna call corporate it's not ok to argue,lie,call me namesand don't let me talk and then make me feel like I did something wrong I've been a GM for over 25 years and never have Iexperienced that !!!!! Service was terrible. Saw every other waitress but ours. No refills, no biscuits (3 to start), and wrong shrimp brought out.... Food was not hot. Paid about to leave Mgr asked so we told. 54$ for one refill of shrimp. Received 3 cards to try again. Why foronly 2 stars. Read more

I don?t think the dining room was open as several people walked to the door and didn?t go in. I waited quite a while in the... drive thru, when I got to the speaker no one greeted me. After a couple of minutes I said hi to make sure the speaker wasworking. They did come on and take my order then but I think they were intentionally slowing the order process because of lackof staff. The staff I did see seemed defeated. The food was hot and everything was correct though. Just sad that the staffsuffer from their colleagues not showing up. Read more

I didn't order. They were being incredibly slow. I waited 20 minutes in drive-thru then decided to go in and waited another ten... and still nobody took my order. I decided to leave and eat somewhere else. The staff was being really slow and lazy. Nobody wasmanning the grill so them burgers were just cooking and getting all burnt and crispy. Yuck Read more

It's an ok place honestly. The wait time to take your order is really slow but the process to get the food is average. I also... understand that workers are hard to find so if I want it bad enough... I will wait! Read more

Came here today and waited in the drive through for 10 minutes only to get up to the speaker to have the lady YELL at me "order... when you're ready!" after I'd been sitting there for a minute or two at the speaker, waiting for her to greet me. She did NOTgreet me or ask how can I help you or what can I get for you. This person does not need to be in customer service. I understandeveryone has bad days, but really? Then I proceeded to the window to pay. She greeted me with a smile and took my card, ran it,someone else gave me my food and then she handed me my card with no eye contact and said NOTHING to me. I waited for her to comeback to the window because I wanted my receipt and she never came back. Not even a "have a good day" or a "thank you." Sheclearly LOVES her job! also my burger was messy and sloppily put together with way too much mayo and ketchup and it goteverywhere when I tried to eat it. Not a great experience overall. Read more

Please for the love of God do not eat here. Trust the bad reviews. Corporate needs to do an overhaul on this location. Before we... ordered I noticed thier restrooms were filthy. Made me sick. I almost left but didn't against my better judgement. By the timeI was waiting on my food, I had realized every inch of that place was health violation. Beyond disgusting. Our food had beenvery obviously sitting past it's safety time. Was cold and mushy. I also found a dead bug in my food. Unbelievable. Staff wasincredibly inattentive and unfriendly and looked very unhygienic. Read more

First off I love Wendy?s? but unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. Very dirty restaurant. Employees all on phones... and were very rude. After a poor interaction with a girl that was clearly on her headphones. Some employees not in uniform. Wetook several pictures and a video. We requested to speak to the manager but we?re refused twice. We then got cussed at andyelled at by multiple employees. We then asked for refund and left and went to Chick fil a, lol. Read more
