Sandwiches were decent but the bread was very thick. The meat has changed, not sure when, and seems thicker and less sandwich... like. I would have given 3 or 4 stars but the pop area was infested with gnats. It was bad enough you had tonswat out of theair. I wiped the nozzle down before i got my drink. Read more
I was unhappy the minute I walked in. There was a stench in the restaurant that couldn't be ignored. The tea hadn't been cleaned... or changed. There were a ton of gnats at the drinks station because of the uncleaned and unchanged tea. The ice was dirty, somuch so that I diddnt even feel safe to retrieve any from the dispenser. And to top off that experience, even though we were notcharged for the sauce, we requested three, marinara, nacho, and garlic and butter. We get home, and no sauce. Very unhappyconsidering we spent over 50.00 and left a 15% tip. Needless to say we will NOT BE RETURNING. I advise the same to whomeverreads this review of mine. What happened to this restaurant? Today there was a fly strip hanging by the soda machine with gnats stuck on it. The floor... needed swept and all the tables were dirty. The trash cans were stuffed full and smelled bad. I was there 1/2 hr after theyopened, so I think the restaurant had not been cleaned since the previous day. We order about once a week and the food and service have completely going downhill fast. Today there was a bug in our salad,... lettuce was wilted, another part of our meal was completely wrong, breadsticks were burnt and didn't include any of the sauce ontop or the garlic butter. The manager Courtney acted like she was inconvenienced with our complaint. I understand food serviceis always up and down but how do you have this many problems with one order. Went to Toledo Road location fir lunch today and pulled up in front and there was a sign saying drive through only. We drive up... to the drive through and there is 1 vehicle in front of us. We wait about 5 minutes for the vehicle to leave and finally pull tothe window. When we pull up there is no one at the window and there is a sign that says you need to call and place your order. I call and as I start to speak someone comes to the window, I say never mind someone is at the window. I hang up so we canplace our order, and the person I was on the phone with comes running to the window and tells us we have to pull to the front ofthe store park call in our order and then pull back around. I look behind us there are no vehicles behind us and we ask, ? can?twe just order? There is no o else here.? We were told no, you need to pull around, park, call, and come back through! Needless to say, we did not order. Subway next door was more than happy to feed us. Absolutely the worst customer serviceever! This place used to have excellent food. Although after my fiance and I got take out from there tonight that experience changed.... I don't know what happened but the food did not taste the same at all. It even looked very different. Our breadsticks and ourgrinders tasted awful. My fiance threw up her food and I have really bad diarrhea. We are very dissatisfied with our experienceand do not plan on ever going back unless they make it right with us somehow and also make the food like they used to back whenit was very good.
