?..????HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I began video recording for evidence of how rude the 3 employees were!!! I felt it necessary... to began recording the rudeness and unbelief of a CHEESEBURGER not being in my bag!!! One of the managers who came from the backasked me if I had deleted the video as she was refunding my money!!! On 11/11/22 @ approximately 1:35 pm. I was second in-lineto a homeless man who wanted a cheeseburger but only had .76 cents. Once he darted out the the store not having enough money Iasked the cashier to add the cheeseburger on my order which was a basket of fries and 20 piece nuggets and I?ll get it forhim. To make a long disappointed story short when I got my order I was missing a cheeseburger. Cashier placed my order on thecounter I came up to the counter and prior to me picking up the bags and leaving the counter I checked my order and immediatelytold him there was no cheeseburger in either bag. I showed my receipt showing that I ordered a cheeseburger the man DID NOTBELIEVE ME and began to try and look back into both the bags I told him once he reopens the bag I?m going to need a new order offries. I just checked you can feel the nugget bag and there?s no burger in it. I asked for a manager (gold chain) he was RUDEand said ?Don?t come back? because I did not allow him to rumble through my bag without having to replace my order, I asked foranother manager, she was rude and said ?Don?t come back,?The cashier came to the counter wanting to check the bags, some shortwoman came over wanting to check the bag for the missing cheeseburger THEY GOT ATTITUDES and each told me DON?T COME BACK (manwith gold chain and short woman) If they can treat me this way over a cheeseburger which I was buying for a homeless man then?How are they treating OTHER CUSTOMERS????? New managers are definitely needed at this location or they will continue to get lowreviews. Read more

Drank a large Coke I bought there and needed to use the restroom to "P" . I was refused the use of the restroom. Manager had an... employee chase me down and stop me. They work. They just don't let patrons use them? Terrible image for McDonalds. I hopeCorporate is paying attention!!!!! Read more
This place is a disaster! If I weren't already dealing with a personal tragedy I would have called corporate! Telling me they... can't make my order the way I want because of some rule that you have to have a lettuce on your double cheeseburger when Iwanted it plain with cheese only. Then them arguing about it amongst each other and fussing and cussing each other out. Iliterally had to yell at them to get my point across it wasn't until then that someone took charge and made them make my orderthe right way. Where will I start with the disorganization and unprofessionalism?. They got my special order wrong. And then proceeded to argue... with me and argue with each other about a rule making them give me what I did not ask for, which was vegetables on my hamburger.Claimed there was a rule that you have to serve a double cheeseburger with lettuce and no exceptions. The Ridiculousness of thatcomment still baffles me. One worker actually left out of frustration with dealing with the other staff. All I wanted was adouble cheeseburger plain with no bun. Drive thru service was quick, we didn't have to wait besides the line. Food tasted like typical McDonald's. Their ice cream... machine was down, but I've never been here before so I couldn't say if that's a regular thing or not. Also, with it being righton a busy road, getting out was a pain. Read more
I wish I had looked at the reviews for this location because oh man this was the worst (thus far) experience at McDonalds. The... individual at the second window was not wearing a mask. The ice cream machine was broke, which I can believe. Forgot our sauce.The fries were so salty they were coated in salt. The bun for one of our items was stale. If I could give 0 stars I would! Bunch of nasty people work there! Two of which treat people with very little respect over an... incident that happened over thanskgiving weekend! Now, two of said employees continue to harass my fiance and its getting oldand if it's not handled in the workplace it'll be handled by law for continued harassment ESPECIALLY SINCE JEREMY THREATENED MYMAN WITH A KNIFE!!!!
