First off they need to hire people. The lobby was closed and it was only 8 pm. Only way to get food was the drive... through....outside needs replaced as could not understand the person. Go around to window... They had no straws for my drink orthe right containers for the large mashed potatoes. Took food home. Rewarmed the mashed potatoes. Chicken strips were ok. Guess supply truck did not make it there or someone did not order right. Guess if you want to eat inside go earlier. Sigh saidLobby open until 10 pm. Disappointed. Read more

Unbelievable. I have loved KFC most of my life but I have never, in over 20 years, been to such a bad location before! The... parking lot has HUGE potholes. The inside is not clean. My husband went went the bathroom and said it appeared to have not beencleaned and maintained in a month - toilet paper all over on the floor, empty toilet paper dispensers, and it smelled horrible.The service was quick and friendly at the counter, but when we got home with the food, they shorted us a biscuit (which, Iunderstand human error happens, oh well). All but 2 of the biscuits we did get were extremely undercooked... doughy andabsolutely disgusting. The Mac n cheese was overcooked. The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine and reflected their usualstandard of food. Even the chicken tenders were horrible... I will never come here again. I just can't. KFC is expensive and gasprices are getting worse. If I'm going to leave and get food like that again, I definitely won't be wasting the time, money orgas ever going to this location EVER the hell again. NEVER. Read more
Had the chicken sandwich.. It had what I thought were suppose to be pickles but tasted like cucumbers. They were dilled... enough.. But the sandwich was great once I took off the cucumbers things.. Read more
Fast, friendly and super courteous service from Eric!. Especially after work, which was much appreciated. This KFC has also... been a great spot for really good food. I definitely recommend one of the famous bowls. The mashed potato with corn, chicken,cheese and gravy is outta this world! Read more
For only 2 people working, they are awesome ???? Haven't seen a full crew in years! Very tasty good quality food. Any issues... I've had, they always make right, you only have to talk to them nicely ... as real people ;) Read more
The chicken sandwich i order and the one i got are Clearly different. There is nothing on it but a squirt of mayo. The gm waa... there and a pimple dude made it. The picture on the menu is falsel advertising!!! Id like a refund!!! No gravy on my kfc bowl.Out of fries, corn, potpies, etc! Gm was nice i thought. Read more
Staff is extremely rude. Not helpful and very aggressive when communicating. Nothing but attitude
