I am from Spain. Really, in my consideration is the worst KFC to lunch ever... for several reasons: Bad service (almost 10... minutes to dispatch my order), Uncleaned tables and chairs and so expensive food... I`ll never come back here...Believe me! Read more
Fries were cold and had to request to replace it with mashed potatoes and gravy. Manager was good about it.
We got our food pretty quickly which is always a plus for fast food - thanks for living up to your name haha. My mother and I... enjoyed our fries very much. However I wasn't too impressed with their chicken sandwich! It was very dry and felt like it wasovercompensating with its size. Wouldn't recommend! Read more

Just got chicken here and it?s awful so nasty can?t eat it ! If I lived closer I would have taken it back .. like it was sitting... soaking in grease !!! Last time we ever get food there .I understand completely about everyone being short staffed but when youspend your hard earned money you should at least get decent food ! let's start by saying I love KFC I have reviewed a hundreds of franchise restaurants as well as independently owned and operated... establishments. the location on Cassopolis Street in Elkhart Indiana has a general manager by the name of Bridget who isabsolutely one-hundred per-cent the wrong woman for the job she obviously fails at her targeted objectives. This location isnever clean I had to personally clean a highchair on Saturday so my daughter can sit in it because it was full of nasty foodthat hasn't been cleaned in months their floors are horrible they have food everywhere and nobody cares your food here isalways is cold. Colonel Nathan Sanders would be appalled. look at the photos below and tell me if this is the place you wouldlike to eat with a 30 to 40 minute wait from time to time? Ordered in drive thru, cashier asked for us to pull forward while tenders were being made. Then comes out to say they were out... of them & asked if we wanted to substitute something. So we did. He said he would make it right. Brought our food out & turnsout he didn?t make anything right with us, was also shorted our large Cole slaw . Very disappointed to know we paid $31.00 for asmall order of popcorn chicken & fries. Not only do we get lied to but also not putting the rest of our food in our order issickening! Called the store 20 times & finally got the manager & he was beyond rude & hung up on us. Read more
