Ordered delivery over the phone. Two pizzas - veggie without olives and pepperoni. Ordered was delivered - pizza had only OLIVES... on it! Called and spoke to the manager. She instantly blamed us and said she could deliver another pizza for an up charge. Upcharge!!! For what? What did we do wrong? Good pizza but somewhat hard to get to if you don't know the drive. 6/29/22 have to say never had bad pizza from here but today... was really good even my partner was impressed and he doesn't like pizza deep dish lots of cheese and had toppings I didn't haveto wonder if they were there still having computer problems though have to work on that Read more
Very disappointing. Pizza was over cooked and had hardly any cheese or toppings on it. Wings were terrible, all breading. ... Save your money and go else where. Read more
I pulled up at 9:35 PM. The open sign was lit but the door was locked. So I called and was told that they stopped taking orders.... So now I just received my Mod pizza, in the same plaza, and it?s a million times better than any Jet?s pizza. Read more
My food never came! Ordered food, said it would take 40 mins. Waited an hour then decided to call to see if the driver was out... for delivery. Lady was rude, said only one driver and there's a lot of orders. Okay, I understand. So I waited some more.Another hour goes by, hasn't came. I placed a text order for the first and last time. The ordering process was smooth, but store service was not. I arrived at the... store, after waiting the 25 minutes for completion. Then only to be told it wasn?t done, because only a phone number appearedon their incoming system?since there was no name, they choose not to make it. The gentleman that told me this was short andsaid it?s be another 15 minutes. It?s not my problem your system didn?t work, but an apology by store staff was in order and notreceived. Do Better! We live 2 miles away but their delivery algorithm says they don't deliver to my neighborhood. Its a 5 minute drive, even Jimmy... Johns would deliver to my house from there! But the pizza is good. Always worth it. Even the leftovers are tasty. Read more
