Ordered a pizza?was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Fast forward 90 minutes with no pizza. I called to see what was... going on. They told me they must have delivered it to the wrong house. I asked if they would be able to get me another pizzaright away. They responded that it would be another 45 minutes. I asked, ?Since I ordered a while ago, shouldn?t I be put atthe top of your list?? I have always loved Pizza Man pizza. The ingredients are real, fresh, and hearty. The sauce is amazing and the crust is always... satisfying. However, a pizza that sticks to the box because a pizza liner is forgotten, is over cooked or under cooked canreally make for a bad experience. I have NEVER experienced this with Michael when he has prepared my pizza. He is, in my opinionand experience the best pizza chef I have ever had through the Pizza Man chain. He is very meticulous about getting my orderperfect and I have yet to be disappointed. I also want to give a shout out to Bill who delivers my pizza. He is expedient,careful with the pizza, and is excellent with directions. I order mostly during the week days and have NEVER had an issue. Thesefolks are excellent and highly recommend them. I hope they love their jobs, get paid well, and keep making great pizza! Read more
Ordered a pizza online. Estimated that pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to pick up and was told it would be ready in 10... minutes. After waiting 20 minutrs past the original time. I received my pizza hot out of the oven. Now my experiences at otherpizza places did not prepare me for what happened next. I was offered a frozen pizza to take home at no charge. It is refreshingto know that they wanted to have a satisfied customer. Thank you for your concern for this customer. The pizza was delicious andhot. We look forward to having many more in the future. I have ordered from Anoka pizza man for years and had excellent pizza and great service. I moved to Elk River less than a year... ago and unfortunately have not had good experiences with this brach of the chain. Tonight was the final straw, ordered a pizzaat 8pm and had ot delivered at 940, lukewarm. Called the business only to be told that they had several orders all at once andmy order was in a warming bag. I gave 2 stars as the employee making the delivery chose not to charge me so good customerservice in that respect. Overall, will not be ordering from them again as there are other delivery services in the area. Read more
There was bit of a mix up with our delivery. After we called for a status on the pizza it showed up hot and they didn't charge... us. Of course I still tipped the driver. I appreciate that they made it right even though it's just pizza and we weren't madabout it. For the record the pizza was bomb. We will be ordering from these guys again for sure. Read more
