I would give it zero stars if I could. I took my kindergartener to get icecream after her first day at school. @elk river... location, there was one family sitting having ice cream, and yet no one came out for ten minutes to offer assistance even thoughI saw the two young men in back sitting on their phones and they saw us and they just ignored us.
