I'm an East Coast guy. Subs...grinders and wedges are my thing. When I go yo a place like this I have high hopes. My baseline... for a decent cheap sub is Augustinos in West Chicago which is around 9 bucks. I got the GOAT which was basically a chickenpita. I have to say the quality of ingredients aka the goat cheese and chicken were great. After that, I couldn't get past thefact that my meal (chips and fountain drink) was $19.40. Right away I'm comparing my order to whatever I would get at anyrestaurant for 20 bucks. For the price tag...im out. Love the place! Great sandwiches/salads. Place is always packed but they are quick and efficient when processing your order.

I was looking forward to meeting friends and dining here. I was not disappointed. A very friendly associate took my order, and... next the associate who assembled the sandwich was also personable. Of course, I had the Italian beef with my usual sides(jardinière, au jus, & red sauce) with the sandwich. The bread was fresh and was toasted prior to being assembled. Had an(unlimited refills) soda, and sat comfortably with my friends as we enjoyed our meals. The Italian beef was tender with au jusseasoned to my liking. I was happy to get unlimited refills as I drink my beverages quite a bit during my meal. I am happy toplace Rammy's in my top ten list of favorite Italian beef sandwiches. This is a good sandwich shop because it has a wide and different selection on the menu, which is why I like it. Another reason... is that the sandwiches they have anything I would order literally taste fresh and delicious. It may not be the best, but it isstill good to know and experience the fact that the shop is located in a convenient location and the food is satisfying. Thesandwiches, aside from being fresh and delicious, also have a nice size, and there are a few that have a huge portion, generousserving of food and all that. The location of the shop is also accessible to the point that I always stop whenever there is achance just to grab some good food from here. The staff in the shop are also nice and friendly, and sometimes I get to engage ina quick chitchat with them because they are really friendly. The shop is small and it easily gets crowded, but it alwaysmaintains its cleanliness. The food is made to order, so it is always fresh and hot, aside from having fresh ingredients. I dohave a particular sandwich that I like the most from here, because I would always choose anything I would like because I knowthat anything I would get will always taste the same, which is something really good. By far one of my favorite sandwich places throughout the Chicagoland area my job requires me to drive a lot throughout the city... of Chicago as well as the suburbs hands down my favorite. I will recommend this to anybody and everybody everything that I'vetried on this menu (5 different sandwiches) you cannot lose everything is delicious plus their mac salad to die for absolutelydelicious the staff hands down the nicest people I've ever met. Good authentic place. I really admired the way the place is set up, very original. The sub I got was good but would have been... better without giardiniera. Is just a matter of taste. I felt that giardiniera was kind of aggressive. Other than that thehomemade juice was BAD. The ladies working here were friendly and funny in a good way.
