I love Potbelly's but their third party delivery service is horrible. They either don't deliver my food, it is 30-45 mins after... deliver time, or says it was delivered when it wasn't. It is like an every other week thing. I am disappointed. I can't leavework for lunch, so pickup isn't an option. Moving forward I, regrettably, won't be ordering. I spend far too much time on thephone trying to resolve the issue than I am able to and then not having time to actual eat my food. Read more

I ordered online, drove back to work, opened my sandwich and there?s no chicken. I drove back, gave me a side of chicken, drove... back to work and my sandwich was so soggy on the inside from waiting 45 minutes, I could only eat part of it. They make greatsandwiches when you order inside, but if you order online, it?s sloppy and thrown together without any care. Read more
I went for a simple veggie sandwich, asked for hot peppers and everything on it. All I got was bread with cheese. The store was... pretty empty and there wasn't much rush, so I can't imagine the person making the sandwich accidentally forgot. Its sad thatpeople hate their work so much that they wont even do the bare minimum. Read more
