I love Potbelly's but their third party delivery service is horrible. They either don't deliver my food, it is 30-45 mins after... deliver time, or says it was delivered when it wasn't. It is like an every other week thing. I am disappointed. I can't leavework for lunch, so pickup isn't an option. Moving forward I, regrettably, won't be ordering. I spend far too much time on thephone trying to resolve the issue than I am able to and then not having time to actual eat my food. Read more

I ordered online, drove back to work, opened my sandwich and there?s no chicken. I drove back, gave me a side of chicken, drove... back to work and my sandwich was so soggy on the inside from waiting 45 minutes, I could only eat part of it.
