Ordered a Detroit Style Deep Dish Supreme pizza with a large order of 3 other pizzas and drinks. I sent my co-worker to pick it... up. I look at the receipt and instead of charging $13 plus tax for the DSDD Supreme pizza they charged $17.56 plus tax becausethey priced out a DSDD pizza and added individual toppings to it which made the total more. I called the store and Dignaanswered the phone and was rude and said this is how much her store charges when I know that it not true because other storescharge $13 because I have purchased the same pizza before and I called another store to check because maybe prices have changedand that is in fact the price at 2 other near by stores that I called. You can clearly see on the receipt the toppings are addedand charged for. She refused to let me speak to a manager when I called. She is not trained sufficiently and I will make acomplaint to Little Caesars corporate that this store purposely over charges and does not have proper training or a manager onduty. It's not about the $5 bucks I was over charged but simply that she was rude and lied that this is the price her storecharges instead of saying that she did make a mistake and offer to refund me over the phone. After a recent experience with the Hanover Park location I was about ready to write off LC entirely. But this location is fast,... friendly, and correctly prepares orders. The parking lot is a mess but definitely not their fault. Read more
Luke deserves a raise! NO JOKE! He's on top of everything! When other employees don't really know what's going on, he's 10 steps... ahead of them. Super friendly. Amazing memory. I don?t get a chance to pick up Little Caesar?s pizza anymore. We got a hot and ready pepperoni and breadsticks without having... to wait. Even after a 10 minute trip back to our hotel didn?t impact the quality of the pizza. We enjoyed it. It may not be thegreatest pizza in the world; however, it does taste good with a lot of value for the cost. The parking was a little tight andthe road construction could be problematic getting in and out of the parking lot. The workers in the store were polite and quickto serve us. Read more
