Just OK. If you want somewhere decent to eat with your family this is not the establishment. The food is nothing but... inconsistent. Somedays the food comes out perfect other days it comes to you completely wrong, burned to a crisp, missingcomponents, completely smashed to the front of the box like it fell from the delivery drivers seat, or your delivery will justnever come at all. So don't just trust that this restaurant will get it right. CHECK EVERYTHING. I ordered a bbq chicken pizza afew weeks back and the chef took creative liberties and spontaneously added orange bell pepper, which is definitely something idon't appreciate being added to my pizza. It kind of seems like every person who cooks there, to be perfectly honest, seems todo their own thing, and take a liberal creative stance when it comes to following a recipe... Dont get me started on deliverythey have now 3x already had an ordering system error that said delivery was closed until the following day at some random timebetween 10am and 4pm. The first time I did not know better and after about an hour-and-a-half I called, and they owned up totheir error and delivered the pizza in 25 minutes flat and kevin took $10 off my bill, the second and third time I calledimmediately and explained the error. The second time , they immediately remedied it, no problem, no discount but there was nohassel either so I was happy. Now the third time, I also called and spoke to an employee and stated the problem and that i hadordered. He said "no problem ill make sure it goes through". Again, i waited an hour and a half. When I called this timehowever, they made it seem like my fault. So apparently its my fault that their employees dropped the ball. Im glad i sat athome waiting just to be insulted and told it wasnt their fault anyway and they fixed the system. The pizza is great & so affordable! A small stuffed pizza is appx $11. Can't beat that.

Decided to give Leona's in Elk Grove Village a try since we knew the name and it is very close to home. I was delighted to... discover that they offer daord free vegan cheese as a topping on their pizzas! Vegan pizza? Five minutes from home? Yes please!The pizza was delicious and I was happy to have it again as leftovers the next day. We went on a Friday karaoke night. Myfriend and boyfriend participated and had a great time. The crowd here is fun and friendly, the staff was very helpful andwelcoming. Leona's is a great casual hangout and would be perfect for a date night, family dinner or a night out with friends. My only complaint was the drink I had. I ordered a margarita on the rocks and it was essentially just lemonade. For eightdollars, it was not worth it. The prices are a bit steep for a casual pizza joint, but for a fun night once in a while, it'sworth it. Great food, friendly people, fun atmosphere, definitely recommend Leona's! Read more

This is a nice spot. And the food has been good so far. I recommend the chicken Romano. Or the lasagna. Both were very good. ... The have great drink and food specials. The only cons would be the soup was only served Luke warm not hot and the dining areais extremely bright. Dimmed lights would create more ambiance. Pro tip:.
