When did it become customary to pass off cold French fries to the customer? Truly GROSS. Deep fry them again...Id rather have... double the grease than cold limp potatoes. Don't give the customer something ur not co.fortable with eating urself. Read more

This Wendy?s is consistently awful. Every single time there is something wrong. Food is cold and put together sloppy also... missing condiments. Ordered a double stack the whole burger wasn?t properly assembled soggy bun and 1 pickle the size of mypinky nail. Also ordered a Chicken BLT sandwich literally not 1 strip of bacon. You?re rushed through their drive thru for somehorribly made overpriced food that they don?t even have the decency to correctly make or give to you fresh and hot. All thistells me is that management is awful from top too bottom. I will never spend my $ at this Wendy?s ever again. Kudos on a quick drive thru! There were several cars ahead of me which would typically be a deal breaker for fast food. They... were notably fast this visit, not quite making up for previous visit, but still fast. The chicken sandwich was okay but itwasn't worth the almost $8 category. So really all it's done in trying to make up for inflation and COVID losses is deterredsomeone who likes a good value. Sticker shock when you're blocked In has its way with you once. Read more

Drive through..ordered a taco salad. Inside was closed, so all orders were through drive through. There was a car/customer that... had issues with order. By the time I got up, I paid and I received my bag. I drove away, (I should have looked at my bag beforeleaving), I only received the salad, no chili, no chips no salsa or sour cream. I had to drive back and get in line throughthe drive through. Another 10inutes to let them know about my order. It was rectified but still missing was one item. Plus mychild ordered some items and wasn't charged. The manager handled it well, by apologizing, giving me my order and comping mychild's meal. Read more

I have been to this location several times in the last couple of years and it seems like some part of my order is always screwed... up. The staff is usually pretty nice, which is the only reason for 2 stars. I normally love Wendy's, but I do not recommendthis location at all. Read more

The wait line in the drive through is always about 35 min. Food is good but management needs additional staff or another... strategy to get the food faster. This happens each time we go not an isolated event. Read more

Ive been visiting all the Wendy's in my area. I've found a few that are in need of cleaning and training. This location is one... of the best I've seen . The dining room was very clean and the tables were wiped off. I didn't need to wait long to put in orderand was served quickly. Read more
