Placed an online order new pastrami cheese steak, when I got there my order ticket was still on the printer machine. The... sandwich maker said he forgot..O.MG. There were still 2 other tickets that was after me was still on the printing machine . Hadto wait for 10 minutes for my order. Beside the sandwich tasted awful. Not recommended. I love Togo's and I will continue to come back to this location however I will be a little more cautious on what I order next... time. The meat on the sandwich my friend ordered was definitely bad. The turkey had a terrible taste and smell and I understandthings happen so I would definitely give them another shot. They're very friendly and took care of it for us. Called in an order 3 sandwich was told busy so 20 min said no problem I?m across town picking up on the way home. I arrive... waited a bit in the car to give more time went in I stood there for a bit nothing so I asked them if my phone order was readylook at me confused my ordered wasn?t starter yet they continue make sandwiches for new customer but I was waiting for mine soI payed and asked if they can bring it out said yes no problem. Waiting still waiting and waiting nothing so I go back in sandwich still not started so I asked for a manager so a gentleman came out and explain to him whats going on if your thatbusy you should help out your crew instead of staying in the back . They help at least 5-6 new customers with there sandwichesand I?m still waiting i said I was better off to come in a placed my order. I I was just told that there busy and I relied I getthat you told me 20 min I gave you 45 min still no sandwiches and he replies were working on it . 2 visits in a row they have messed up my orders. Instead of giving a sandwich that I ordered they give me 2 of the same... sandwich, but still charge me for the more expensive sandwich. They stop making hot sandwiches at 9:30pm. Can't get ordersright!!!!. And they stop making shakes at 9:30 as well. Read more
