Customer service was great, but not the food. The quality and authenticity of the food was just not there! We have had homemade... authentic Thai/Laos dishes from coworkers home and this doesn?t compare in flavor at all. We tried the chicken Lab salad withsticky rice, mango sticky rice. We asked for level 3 heat (spicy) had no heat at all. Also asked for fresh mint leaves on theside they gave us basil (we know the difference). Food wasn?t good in our opinion I?m sorry. Didn?t even compare to the bestLao/Thai restaurant in Stockton CA Green Papaya. They are way more authentic in flavor and spices used, like lemon grass, ricepowder and everything is made to order. The food was great! They have a huge menu, and you can choose your meat and the level of spiciness. The food is high quality and... delicious. We got six different items for six people and really enjoyed sharing everything. The system of ordering is reallyconvenient and worked well. They have a QR code on the table that lets you not only see the menu, but also order right from yourtable. We grabbed a table outside and ordered this way, and got quick, friendly service.
