The last 2 times I've been here they have shorted me several items. I always park my car in front of the store and check my... items. Employees need to do a better job of checking to see if you recieved all of your items. Hell there's even a number ofitems for each order on the receipt. Read more
If I could give zero starts I would . This taco bell is a joke. They messed up 2 items in my order(didn't make them right at... all) then tried to tell me what was in them when I called. Obviously I know what's in it or I wouldn't have ordered it. Andcompletely missed 1 item in my order and refused to do anything about it. I can't even submit a claim online because they don'tlet me hit submit! I guess you shouldn't expect much, but I at least expect all the items and ingredients ??????????? Read more
I would have given 3.5 stars. It's food, quick bite when your "hangry" but it's certainly not authentic by any means. So it's... rare that we will eat Taco Bell. Read more

We met the most amazing employee at your laguna blvd location. We didn?t catch his name but he was working Wednesday May 18 at... around 11pm. We had been driving all night and the other drive thru was so full. He saved us!! We would not have made it home ifit wasn?t for this angel who brought our food out to us with so much positivity, fun and happiness. Very convenient location with lots of available parking, the place is kept organized and clean, as you enter they quickly greet... and acknowledge you, staff working there are friendly and cheerful. Read more
