Okay, the other Starbucks in the area are great, but I've had issues with this one previously, but thought I would try it out... again a few years later. Instead of calling out my name or acknowledging the drink was mine the barista chose to flirt with hiscoworkers while my drink got cold. Pull up the video around 12:37 PM today. Excellent customer service here. Been my pit stop in elk grove now for a couple years. Gina (manager) and her team are all very... nice and always have that smile that makes our visits here that much better. They greet everyone as they walk through the doorans say goodbye when you leave. It's also kept very clean, including the bathrooms. Not all Starbucks are kept to a this highstandard, but this one is. 5 stars all the way. Read more
What can I say, it was a Starbucks, professional service, nice employees, clean environment. They do what they do best, serve... coffee. My only complaint is their mixed drinks and food are a little pricey, but that is the Starbucks experience. Learn howto make your own fancy drink or pay someone else to do it asap.
