Delicious Filipino eatery in Elk Grove and one of our favorite places to eat. The food is consistently good and never... disappoints. We always get the Pansit Bihon, Longiniza, and Milkfish. Profits over customer! Reasons: This place is horrendous when it comes to their policies of order taking. Their online orders... doesn’t work, I’ve called in over the phone to place an order and asked they asked me to pay over the phone while I’mdriving on the highway. I told them I can’t but I will be there to pay, they refuse and tell me to pay online but website isalways down. They don’t take dine in also. I escalated and spoke to the snowflake owner, he tells me he has these policies inforce because of covid and refuse to open in dine in and refuse to take orders over the phone. What?! It’s 2022 and covid isover! Obviously profits over customers. And half the time their chicken is burnt. The owner need to revamp their process andcustomer service or they will go out of business. Food is great. No doubt. Best fried chicken and lumpia in Sacramento. Definitely can satisfy your cravings. However, I wish they... have different take out containers. Styrofoam when heated in high temperature is really bad. Chicken will come out fresh andthey would put it in the styrofoam container and as a result you’ll see the styrofoam kinda melts.
