Good things are The Special Pho does look very special and welcome. The broth of both Pho and Hu tieu are good. They are not the... best broth ever but it is fare enough to have. If you have never had Pho and Hu tieu in Authentic Vietnamese restaurant ortraveling to Vietnam to have it. It is good to try here. But if you are quit picky, you probably have to think twice, the Brothstasted good but they are not clear as they should be, the noodle are not authentic and don?t misunderstand the Crystal noodle isH? ti?u dai, it tastes like Crystal vermicelli instead and don?t order dry Crystal noodle if you don?t like sweet taste in yourmouth. I am not too picky but I have some standard of the meat but turn out Xá xíu was pink and smell differently. Thus I justcan rate 3 stars even my husband really like their broth! If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese, this is not the place. The food is ok, and the service was good. The reason I why I... am not giving more stars is quite simple. As a business that provides food, and then not provide a glass of water. That to me isridiculous, the only option for a drink is to either pay for a soda or buy a bottle of water. I don't think we will be backanytime soon. I am a water drinker and enjoy having the option of having water with my meal. If you are considering eating here,be aware that you will need to buy a drink or bottle of water. Read more
This is my favorite pho restaurant in Elk Grove. The broth has a lot of flavor while not being too overpowering like some other... restaurants. I rarely find myself adding anything to the broth. It's that's good! Service is also quick and friendly everysingle time. Read more

My family LOVES this place. We order from here at least twice a week. Gtrat food and staff. Very clean and great atmosphere.
