Great service by our waitress. Definitely A1. My ONLY complaint is that whoever cooked the food definitely overseasoned the meat... and shrimp. All the Meat/Seafood we ate was Salty. Shrimp appetizer was deep fried too long thought I was eating porkcracklings. Beer was Nice and Cold. If meats and appetizer were cooked on point then this would be a Five Star Rating. First and last visit to this location ???? Food and service was seriously lacking. Had to ask 3 times for a water refill which... never came, steak was seriously undercooked, had to wait on an additional to-go order that was never communicated to thekitchen, and when we received the to-go it was missing the side salad. The waitress apologized, fetched the to-go side salad andmentioned that she accidentally made the side salad for dine in. Instead of preparing a new side salad, she scooped the old one(that was sitting in the kitchen for who knows how long) into a box that had dressing already over the lettuce and croutons...soa soggy salad??? We enjoyed our dinner very much. My son had a steak cooked medium rare. It was tender and delicious. I had the prime rib... sandwich. It was terrific. The salads were good and the Brussel sprouts we ordered on the side were very tasty. The onlything I was not impressed about was the side dipping sauce for the sandwich. I use to love this spot but they messed up on all 4 of our orders. No more crab legs on the menu, potatoes were cold, onion... appetizer was good but way to salty and we ordered it 20 mins before our food & it took so long before it came & restaurant wasnot packed. The food has been delicious and would deserve five stars but the service has been less than par. On multiple visits there has... been a lack of basic attention to food orders. Dining in has been a good experience but doing the curbside pickup has beenannoying to say the least. The worst has been getting a salad order without any dressing. Who wants salad without dressing? Theyalso forgot rother ingredients like the croutons. On three different occasions the chocolate sauce for the down under desert wasmissing. On many other visits for the curbside pickup there was an abnormal wait to get the food. Now I want to be polite andassume they are busy and read the signs to ?wait in the car mate, they will be out out in a minute.? Well, after ordering 35minutes prior to showing up and waiting for 15 more minutes in the parking lot when the online order app says ready in 20minutes, I reluctantly went into the restaurant. I gave them the benefit of the doubt each time, thinking they could be busy orunder staffed but that wasn?t the case. This happened on the last three times we have tried to order from this location and theyweren?t during a weekday rush or weekend rush times and the staff was inattentive to the curbside spots which were full for asignificant amount of time (I can?t say how long the others were waiting in relation to their order times) but still no one cameout to see who?s order was what. Three times we waited and three times our order was ?ready? and waiting but our ice cream wasmelted and significant ingredients missing. Last year my food was delicious! Today, 3/25/22 it was very disappointing.?? I ordered the filet mignon with macaroni cheesy... bites. The steak was suppose to be medium well, not burnt. The cheesy bites were dry. I paid $40.15 minus $1.00 for cancer aidand a $2.00 tip. ( I went and picked it up myself) Is it just me or have you guys noticed that the food lately has not been of agood quality. Not sure if I will be going back to Outback anytime soon. Read more
The prime rib was finally back! I have to admit, we hadn't come in a while due to extremely poor service last time. When I seen... the menu yesterday however, I was excited to give it another shot and it didn't disappoint! Prime rib was delicious as well asthe bloomin onion, and yes, the salad. Would I come back?
