Menu for Nothing Bundt Cakes in Elk Grove, CA

I bought a Red Velvet cake & a variety pack, everyone enjoyed them all...very tasty and very moist.

First off, every time I come into this location I am treated like I am stealing something. I've been asked to show my ID and... credit card for my online orders but then other patrons behind me are just given their orders with no question. Second, mycupcakes looked like they were just thrown into the box. I opened the box right before a party and was so embarrassed to seefrosting everywhere and cupcakes mashed into each other. They aren't even edible. Now I know why the box was all taped up andthe staff didn't show me my order in the store. So frustrating and disappointing. Will not return to this location ever again. Update on this review: nothing Bundt cakes responded to my post. I contacted them via the email they provided. No one ever... responded back to me!! It has been 4 months! I have ordered from this company at least once and sometimes twice a month for thepast 3 years for my business(5-10 boxes of cakes each time). Last weekend was my daughter?s 10th birthday. I picked up a largecustoms decorated cake and two boxes of customized cupcakes. When I got home and opened everything , to my horror, one of theboxes looked like this(see the picture)! I called them immediately and asked if they could help me with it as my guests were toarrive in a bout 15 min! THE MOST UNHELPFUL place! After back and forth on the call, I asked for their manager to call me. Isent them a picture of what the box looked like. The manager would not take ownership of the damaged box and blamed it on meinstead!!! They would not deliver another box to me to exchange it and said if they did, they would charge 35$ Delivery fee!They didn?t even offer to refund for that one box that was damaged (which is only 25$ and not a big deal, it?s the principle ofit that matters! ). The fact that after all these years of loyalty and many $$$ in orders, this place wouldn?t even try to helpme was beyond disappointing! I waited couple of days to write a review for two reasons: 1) I wanted to make sure my emotionswere cooling off, which they are. 2) To see if they would try to reach out and make it right, which they did not! I was so excited to start this job in 2019 because I love baking. But the excitement was ruined by rude coworkers and rude... managers to the point I was literally in TEARS. Although the girl who trained me (I forgot her name) was pretty nice andhelpful, but the days she wasn?t there the girls who were there were downright rude to me and were really bad at training, theybasically just expected me to wing it and didn?t want to help me whatsoever. The last manager Nicolette and Monica always mademe feel stupid for simply asking them a question and I can see they were annoyed. I even caught Nicolette rolling her eyes at mebehind my back for no reason at all, I just asked ?where did you want me to put these?? That?s literally all I asked I mean comeon no need to be disrespectful over that, but of course acted fake in front of the owner when he came in one day. So incrediblyimmature. Then Nicolette gets me fired and doesn?t even have the descentsy to be there when I pick up my last check and discussit with me. If you?re going to manage a business or be a team lead then you should be professional because this is a job, it isnot high school. New employees need to be trained in case you didn?t know and not feel dumb for asking questions when they needyour help. But thankfully my horrible experience here led me to bigger and better things.
