The drive thru line was pretty standard and did not seem too busy. My order was pretty simple. Plain chicken sandwich add bacon.... Received a chicken sandwich dripping with sauce and no bacon. Went in to let them know about the error and waited almost 15minutes for another sandwich. Read more

Don?t waste your money on garbage food! They serve old, dried up and undercooked food. I?m praying I don?t get food poisoning.... Absolutely shameful! They made the wrong sandwiches but tried to tell me thats what I said. I have never eaten ham and egg sandwich. Then they took... 17 mins to make me my sausage and egg sandwiches and the muffins were very hard and burned. The cashier girl acted like she wasscared of the manager to check on my food and the little Mexican lady suppose to be the manager was very rude. This place is absolutely disgusting and unclean. Foods all scattered all over the floors, unswept, tables unclean, counters is... not ripe or clean for two hours While we were there. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous????????????. Ordered a large fries with a large drink. Black male employee gave me a number card and told me to place it on thetable and will bring the fries over. I waited 25 minutes yet no fries????????????????. This mcDonalds is normally fast. But this manager present today, was very slow. She spent 20 minutes with a confused customer... and the new trainee at the cashier was even slower. The staff present today, Monday 21 was terrible. Read more
