Such a nice area to have such ghetto employees! Extremely unprofessional, personally witnessed employees completely... disrespecting customers and managers who do nothing about their behavior. So sad? Elk Grove we need to do better on who we hire!As customers we felt super uncomfortable and I definitely am reporting it to the head coordinate office, hopefully they willhelp get things back in order! How do you not have anything hot and ready as advertised at 12:30 in the afternoon? Change it to hot and ready in about 15 min.
As a Veteran I want to thank everyone there. Got a free pizza and they thanked me for my service.
Bad customer service. Called to order 5 crazy breads but was told they're not taking orders over the phone due to Halloween but... first come first serve order on site. Went there and ordered and was told wait is 15-20 mins. 20 mins later, people who orderedafter me got theirs and left and I'm still waiting for my order. At least 5 orders of breads have sold and I'm still waiting. Asked and they're still making and not ready. Didn't get till least 25 mins later. Servers completely ignored me when im tryingto ask when I'm the next order. Read more
Ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and wings. The kids woofed them down. They were really good and fresh.
Had an online order for pick up and employee kept directing me to use a code from email when I showed her the email and my... order, it stated to go to counter not pizza box. After repeating my name and order a couple more times, she asked someone elseand they said it was waiting for me in the warmers behind the counter. Took a few minutes and we were on our way. It's the better Little Caesars of the two in Central Elk Grove. This one doesn't overdo it on the sauce or skimp on the cheese... like that other one. And there are picnic tables right outside that you can eat on if you can't wait until you get home to eatthat sweet sweet pie. Read more
