We ordered entrees which included 2 orders of the 2 or $3 jumbo tacos. And while we like the taste of the food, this particular... evening staff missed including one order of the two for $3 jumbo tacos that we paid for. I appreciate Jack in the Box Corpcontacting me to make things right, but unfortunately I did not have a receipt and realized as well that the staff didn'tprovide me with a receipt, which I thought would be a slam dunk. The help here is brain dead. No acknowledgments, no hello how are yous, no smiles, no thank yous... You literally just get... stared at when you walk up to the counter. Omg... I left here so mad though I shouldn't have cuz that seems to be the customerservice everywhere these days. Read more

Jack in the Box is like an oasis in the dessert when it's late & you're hungry. It's hard to find another food place open on a... Wednesday morning at 2am, besides a 24hr gas station. Jack in the Box on Bond Rd is always open & ready to serve any item at anytime. Seeing that long line, we knew we had found the right place. We didn't wait in line long & we paid a fair price. The menuhas such a variety of satisfying items, it's hard to choose. I personally had the breakfast platter w/pancakes & bacon & myhusband had the Jack's Ultimate Cheeseburger w/ onion rings. That really hit the spot after a long day of work. It really didfeel like we found an oasis in the early morning dessert. Read more
Have been going to this Jack in the box for over 21 years and have always been treated. Respectfully, the service is always been... exceptional and the food has always been hot and the orders accurate. If the restaurant had always not been performing likethis, I wouldn't be going back. Read more
The staff here is very kind. Cars go by quickly. Higher quality than Burger King. Go here for better food than McDonald's. Treat... them right at the drive through. Food industry is hard and people in general will do best by being patient. Read more
Ordered popcorn chicken. Ate in parking lot. Half way through while I was chewing I bit down on some hard, sharp, and Large. It... was disgusting, wasn't a wuss about it so picked apart some and ate 2 or 3 more pieces. Within 3 to 4 minutes I began projectilevomiting vomiting. There were 3 or 4 episodes of that, I had gotten dizzy and flush. It was horrible. After taking photos ofEVERYTHING. I went to the dining room which was corona closed and knocked on door. I had began filming with my phone as Iapproached restaurant. The manager had a very care free reaction to the beak or bone, what ever it was I had bit into. Didn'tsay much. I had to ask for a refund after explaining there was a whole lot of puke in his parking lot. Right now, hours later Istill feel sick and I'm unable to eat. I recorded this entire experience. Food is always cooked to perfection, even though what you order may be different from what you receive. Easy and quick... corrections with no question. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is that the food orders need to be bagged bymenue order. I'm tired of the over shoving of items in one bag. Dang at least place all the burgers in one bag and the fries inanother separately. Tried of spilled over fries. Read more
