Great service! Coffee tastes better than Starbucks
Great service but it can be a long wait time if there?s nobody taking orders of the iPad so today I was here to this Dutch... brothers and I was just halfway inside the drive-thru and it took me 30 minutes to get through imagine those people that arewaiting way behind in the back they probably take them an hour to get through so please have someone taking orders outsidebecause there?s too much wait time. Especially in the morning when people have to go to work we can be sitting in the drive-thrufor one hour to get a drink. Read more
Great customer service and great staff! The car in front of me ordered HOT coffee and said it?s too hot asking them to add some... ice cubes. After the employee added ice in her drink she then said ?it?s too cold now, I order the hot coffee? The staff re-makeher drink again and again. I will say their customer service definitely 5 stars! Because if I was making the drink I mightaccidentally drop it in her car. Read more
Visited this new Dutch Bro and received EXCELLENT customer service from Nick and Haley they were both super sweet and gave... recommendations and did an all around great job... I love dutch and my puppy loves dutch too. He already knows when we pull into the drive thru that he will get a treat too.
First time customer, Drive thru was good, but the serving window was terrible. First the server lady talks to this customer for... 3 min after she received her complete order, then in next to recive my order and guess what, I don't even get a welcome, mydrink was overfilled and so I asked for a napkin, the girl was kinda passed off. I don't go often, this may be my 2nd time actually ordering a drink so I'm not a Dutch Bros fanatic. It's ok but no need to go... out of your way and def not going to sit in those lines. The one in EG recently opened. There's a walk up but currently only thedrive thru was open. Not crowded at the time we went which was during the week in the afternoon. I had the Chai w/ white coffee- sweater weather. Picked based on the servers recommendation. It was good. Not too sweet. Only complaint was it was lukewarm.Not sure why. My sis drink was hot. Again, wasn't busy and neither was a complicated drink. I'd give it another try. Read more
