Food was good. The spice levels aren't as expected. We ordered medium spicy and ended up with extra hot afterwards. Even than it... wasn't as spicy but it was good with Cajun seasoning. We went on a Tuesday night, made reservation which really wasn't necessarybecause the place was very empty. But I'm sure weekends are pretty busy. So call ahead. They do take reservations. We decided to try Captain Crab. We picked up the Family Crab special, fried calamari and clam chowder. We also order the fried... shrimp, but came home to discover it was not on the receipt. Food was good, but was not hot. We only live 10 minutes away so Idon't understand why things would be lukewarm. The place was empty, but things appeared clean and staff was very friendly. Lunch Fried catfish basket with Cajun fries and hush puppies were very good! Clean place, good service. My wife and I went... back again for dinner. Still nice and clean. This is my first here dining in at Captain Crab boiling seafood and bar. Wow! I am very impressed, the seafood were so... delicious! You can customize your own seasoning for the seafood. Great customer service always pleasant & greet you, from theHostess/front desk to our Server Adrian, he provided us an excellent service. All staff during my presence were very pleasant. Most people seemed to really enjoy the food. We went there for clam chowder and had the blue crab and calamari sides. None were... good but, the other patrons who had the boiled crab, shrimp etc. We're enjoying their meals. Read more

The food was good only reason I didn?t give it a solid 5 was because the crab legs I got didn?t have alot of meat which was... disappointing. Overall our waiter made our visit very enjoyable she went above and beyond for us to make sure we were satisfied. Read more

We went to dinner to celebrate my birthday last night, and it was a great experience! The food was delicious, and I think it was... even better than other places. Also, best sweet potato fries EVER!
