Don't go to this location. Seriously the worst waiting times for a drive thru. Normally I'm fine with waiting, but when it's not... even busy then I honestly don't understand why it would take more then the norm. In addition, the burger and fries is barelywarm. I'd understand if the wait was long because had to wait on fresh fries or something. Then I pull up to 1st window to pay(after I jussst seen her pop her head the 1st window to holler at the car in front of me to give her bag of condiments) only tofind no one there so I wait, then the rep comes to tell me to go to second window. There wasn't a sign, and she had the attitudeto give me a dirty look like it's my fault I'm at the wrong window. Isn't the whole point of fast food is Fast? I don't expectmagnificent customer service from BK or ANY fast food, but seriously common decency, basic job duties isn't hard. It very wellcould be staffing shortage, but then again how can that be the issue every time. Further lets me know it's a management issueand stems from poor management or lack of. Worst place ever, manager was rude . And they lost our order. Food was cold and sad.
The only coplaint I have is the prices don't fit our current average income. The good news is it helps me spend much less on... fastfood joints altogether. Thanks for that. ???? Read more
Service was good from the young employees running the front and food came out correct and relatively fast. I?m very disturbed by... the way this manager screams at her employees every time I?m here though. I could hear her being rude to them and firing onefrom the back of the dining room while she was in her office. The employees all looked terrified she would yell at them at anysecond. This has happened every time I?ve visited this location. Very unprofessional. I won?t be returning because I don?t wantto support such a hostile work environment. Read more
This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Our burgers were completely smashed and tasted old and my onion rings were... soggy and gross, the only thing that wasn't awful was the soda. The staff was friendly and patient when I had trouble gettingthe app to work for a coupon. Read more
Never again... service was rude, dining room dirty, no ice in the ice maker/ soda machine. Gross....
We have tried the BK at this location twice since the remodel. The first time our hamburgers were cold. Today we tried again. We... ordered 3 burgers and 3 orders of fries. We were fourth in line and waited about a half hour. Our order came jammed into onebag. The bottom two Shoppers were squashed flat, the burgers were cold, and the lettuce was wilted and soggy. There was no oneat the payment window and no sign on it to move forward. The woman at the serving window had to lean out and wave us to comeforward. The woman was not particularly friendly and also did not ask us if we wanted a receipt. When we got home wediscovered, in the squashed bag, there was only one order of fries. I'm not a big fast food fan, but over the years I've weeded out the places I will eat fast food and BK has made my cut. I... prefer the burgers over McDonald's, I like the jalapeño poppers that I can get instead of fries, and I love the orange Fantathat most places don't have. But of course it is a fast food place, so drive through is always backed up, and you always haveto check your order before you drive away from that window, my wife has gotten no fries more than once with her combe order, andthey had to give us another bag, just for fries, go thing is they don't even question they messed up, and just say sorry andhand fries over.
