Went for dinner during the National championship college football game. Was told that it would be 25 to 30 minutes wait time.... Went to the bar and camped out near a table that was just finishing up. 5 minutes later we had a table. Great view of the giantTV. Other large TVs had the King's game. We split the calamari appetizer and the jambalaya with side salad. Perfect amount offood. Service was good and atmosphere was what you would expect for a big game. Didn't have a drink but they have a bigselection of craft beer. I suggest you drop someone off to get your name on the waiting list and then park. Read more

Decent food. Unfortunately, only the hostess was friendly here. The staff look disinterested and lacked any enthusiasm for the... job or customers. I watched some elderly ladies struggle to even pay due to being ignored with lack of eye contact by theirwaiter. Our waiter could not or would not even muster a smile when I joked with him after being told the restaurant was out ofPepsi and flour for any "floured" and fried food options. Bizarre. Read more

We ordered the pizza and pasta family meal via Door Dash. Our order was delivered promptly and it was complete. The sweet pig... pizza we got was okay. The crust was good. The toppings were skimpy so the pizza did not have a lot of flavor. It was more likea cheese pizza. The green salad and garlic knots were good. The spaghetti was so so at best. It was really greasy and had littleflavor. The meatballs were the worst. They had no flavor and their texture was like canned dog food. Nasty! We would not orderthis family meal again. Haven't been here for a while. Food and customer service was great. Another location on Elk Grove with more parking for pick... you than handicap. 5 handicap and 13 food pickup. Hard watching people with difficulty trying to make it to the building. Read more

The food is always great at BJ's. We came for my son's birthday. I ordered the half rack baby back ribs with chicken thighs.... Fries and the wedge salad for my Signature sides. I took extra time to finish the salad it was so great. The waitress had to putmy pork to the side! Wouldn't you know it by the time I finished my salad and got two ribs and a thigh down I was stuffedlol. But here's THE Worst - I LEFT MY LEFTOVERS ON THE TABLE! I had the root beer sauce and it was so sticky and yummy.Perfectly cooked as well. That includes the thighs which I'm a fan of. They do something to their fries which makes themirresistible. I love ahi salads. This salad was so yummy, I ate the whole thing!!! The dressing is light enough to enjoy each and every item... in the salad. Nothing was soggy. Ahi was seared perfectly. What’s supposed to be crunchy was and the flavor explosions arewonderful. Read more

I have been wanting to try BJ's for ever now. Today was a perfect excuse, my nephews birthday. He decided he wanted BJ's so... there we went. HUGE REGRET GINORMOUS MISTAKE MEVER AGAIN!!!!! I ORDERED A LENTIL SOUP which was disgusting the taste of herbsand turmeric over powered the dish so much the taste of lentils want there and it needed salt and to top it off it was almostcold the cook didnt even get the temperature rite! O also ordered a side of the turmeric cauliflower and it was bland and itcame over lentils already which was not on the menu, I was getting it as a side. I gave it back rite away i did not enjoy thetaste at all. I also ordered a side of fries with dijon mustard that's the only thing i enjoyed!!! My sister ordered chickenparmesan with mashed potatoes and broccoli as the sides and she said the chicken tasted fake and the cheese has a weirdflavor. My son ordered a stake with shrimp and fries and mashed potatoes The shrimp was over cooked and he asked for his stakemedium well and it was well done to me that wouldn't be a problem but he didnt enjoy that. My mom had a caesar salad but onlypicked around at it because the lettuce looked browned. She also had a clam showder in a bread bowl and said that at least wastasty. Now for the birthday boy he had a burger with bacon asked for the burger to be well done, he cut the burger open and wasenjoying it but then squeezed out blood and to top it all off there was a hair in his fries!!!! WELL HAPPY BDAY TO HIMRITE!!!!! I do have to say that I loved our waiter he was attentive he was kind and prompt. Definitely will not be returningto a place that sells 26 dollar stakes and cant even get the term rite!!!!! Ps.
