Well it will be the last cake I buy from here unfortunately. Ordered cake over a week ago, picked it up today, kid's name is... spelled wrong. Called to talk to someone, they really didn't even care which is the upsetting part. I wasn't expecting more thana decent sorry but it seems that is a lost art amongst the employees here. Read more

My wife and I have been going to this particular location since they opened up years ago. It is a different concept than most... Baskin-Robbins. It is a nice clean store with a friendly staff and I've always found their product good. I have ordered a coupleof cakes four different occasions from them too and they have proven to be a great success. just talkin about it I feel likeanother visit coming on to Baskin-Robbins now I only have to convince my wife to tag along. I love their ice cream, specially coffee and tiramisu. Every 31st of the month you can get one scoop for $1.50, also Make... sure you subscribe to their site, you get good coupons every week. Buy one get one free Ect. Ect. The employees are very nice. ILOVE IT ! Read more
Went in for some ice cream last week. I was a bit surprised that it shared space with a Subway but it all seemed to work. There... was a limited ice cream selection but the ice cream is great and the staff are really pleasant. I would recommend ice cream herefor sure. Read more
Interesting. Two servers helping one woman with 3 small children; two servers helping one customer check out. I'm standing there... without any sort of acknowledgement. Called in on May 7th at 1230 to order a cake. Spoke to someone for 5 minutes about the type of cake i wanted, what I wanted it... to say as well as the decorations.
