I brought my son here before his doctor's appointment we went for breakfast at 8:30 AM, you would think the place would be... spotless being that it just open ,The carpet to the entrance was filthy and there was old fries on the floor the floor wassticky the soda counter was a mess the try that we received our food on was greasy from the last person who used it and aroundthe trash can there was old stuck on ketchup. Food was great and service was fast and people were very friendly and very kind and made sure that we did need anything else and... took care of everything we needed and also was very friendly to a woman who wanted only 3 patties and they made her day withsuch friendly service they gave her she left very happy. Second to last visit: as drive-thru customers were being served promptly, for dining in, we waited 25 minutes for our food. Last... visit: out of bacon, ch'king sandwich, and ice cream/shakes. Burgers didn't have the usual bk flame grilled taste, tasted likesonic. Read more
This place had a phenomenal start, but it?s TRASH now. I?m a HUGE Burger King lover and I was so excited to finally have one... here and after my experience tonight I am sitting here posting a review which I never do. I drove 30 minutes from home & I wentthrough the drive through at 9:45 and I was told I?m short staffed I?ll be with you in a moment. 10:15 I decide okay I?ll go inmaybe it will be easier on her. I go in with my daughter and same lady was just standing there wiping the counter doing nothingat all. I walked up thinking I?d be helped and she snapped at me and said ?lobby is closed. It?s 10? when two people wereclearly not happy waiting for their food since before I got in line. I go BACK to the drive thru to get in line a THIRD TIME andshe says ?I?ll be right with you.? After another 15 minutes she was rude and all I heard was ?nothing right now!!!? Almost likeshe was talking to someone else and didn?t know her mic was on? (Or was she talking to me?!) I drove around to leave and lookingin there I saw there were plenty of people in the back doing absolutely nothing. I just wasted all this time being patient andunderstanding just to be REFUSED SERVICE ENTIRELY, and it?s nowhere near closing time, it?s 2 hours before they close! horrible. Typical Elk city fast food. I was the only person in line at night. But was rushed through the drive thru. all the... food was shoved in one small bag. Way too expensive! $27 bucks for a whopper combo, chicken sandwich combo and an order of chicken fries is not acceptable or... economical. If fast food prices start becoming as expensive as a decent restaurant then why bother getting the cheapest food forthe same price as the better quality meal? Read more
