So I just went through the drivethru asked for 2 8 piece chicken nuggets. Got my nuggets and I only had one 8 piece and I was... missing a nugget. Went back to get my second pack of 8 piece and counted the nuggets and there was only 6. This job hireskindergartners? Because that?s what it feels like. Y?all are lucky I wasn?t the driver. I use go work here so I can?t call and complain. I was a a manger but I quit. I went threw the drive threw a few nights ago and... Brandi the manager took my order. She was not listening to anything rushing me and just putting what ever she thought I said. Iasked for two chicken sandwiches no lettuce she put one and skipped the whole no Lettuce. Asked for two diet cokes and she gaveme Fanta. I ordered 2 8 piece nuggets and fries a whopper meal for two one whopper with no tomato no pickle and no lettuce. Theother no lettuce onion or tomato. Both whoppers had everything on them. My fries and chicken where cold but for two nuggets ontop. I went back threw and complained as the dining room was shut so I couldn?t go in. She said there is no way your nuggets arecold we just made them I said funny there are only two hot the rest are old I didn?t wait 15 min and to have to come back threw.For cold food and I said about the fries and she just screamed pull around she gave me fresh nuggets no new fries and refused togive me a fresh chicken sandwich. Tacobell can not go in fast enough. Don?t waste your money or your time here it?s not worthit. This place has a bunch of trashy people working here. I have to say that this Burger King is the worst Burger King that I've ever been to. My last experience with this location I... ordered Rodeo burgers and the onion rings that came on them were disgusting and hard. I also ordered chicken sandwich and a sideof onion rings. They asked me to pull to the side because my order would take a few minutes to prepare since they were going tocook fresh onion rings. So my question was if you're going to take time to cook fresh onion rings why not cook fresh chicken forthe sandwich because the chicken that was on the sandwich that I ordered was horrible hard unchewable. The side of onion ringsthat they said they had to cook fresh there were maybe five on top that were fresh the rest on the bottom work hard anddisgusting. Mind you that I set waiting for 10 minutes for my food to come out. And it doesn't do any good to call and complainbecause they just don't care as I have found out. When I have called and let them know that the service that they are providingis not up to quality standards for the Burger King brand. If I could give a half a star I would. This location definitely hasits work cut out for it and needs to reevaluate their customer relations and what kind of product they want to be known for. Read more
I had given up on BK burgers a long time ago.. always enjoyed their breakfast but the burgers haven't tasted good to me since I... was a kid.. one night my wife wanted to pick up dinner. So I grabbed I believe it was called the bacon king. Maybe.. butafter we got home and ate I was upset I hadn't bought 3 of them.. instantly brought me back to how excited I would get as a kidgoing to Burgerking.. been back a few times since then for that burger.. ????.. at some point I would like to have the kingbreakfast sandwich again.. ????.. if that's what it was called.. was an awesome breakfast sandwich.. i would get the doublemeat.. very good and totally worth it ????
