First time going here, so I got 2 menu items to try. 1. Homestyle 2 eggs over hard, home fires, bacon and a biscuit The eggs... were cooked thru, good quality bacon, cooked perfectly , the potatoes were under cooked to my liking, order your welldone/crispy if thats what u like. 2. French Toast 3 big slices of some type of bread .. it was ok, maybe the bread wasnt soakedin egg long enough before it went on the grill, idk... It just seemed dry.. they could add italian sweet cream creamer, morecinnamon, and brown sugar in the egg mix and this would slap... Read more

Truly, this is a wonderful place where you can enjoy good coffee, for those of you who have some food with your coffee instead... of coffee with your food. They serve Red Rooster Coffee. Nevertheless, the food is phenomenal. I ordered the RBK meal which includes 3 eggs scrambled together with bacon, potatoes, cheese, etc...it's the best deal on the menu, currently 8.50. Theportion is gigantic. The decorations are also beautiful, the room is very spacious and the bathroom is very well kept. Ourserver was also very friendly and nice. Situated just off the Masonic Village in the adorable little borough of Elizabethtown is the fabulously quaint Whisk Cafe. The... high ceiling dining room has a homey yet contemporary rustic charm. The whisk lights and cleverly cheeky signage create a funand comfortable setting. I was promptly greeted with a friendly smile by Lisa. They boast an extensive drink menu expertlyprepared by a dedicated barista/mixologist with a variety sure to get any day started proper. From healthy to hungover they haveyou covered. I tend to dwell in the latter category so I naturally fell in love the Loaded Bloody Maria. She goes by Mary on themenu but I prefer her south of the border sister. Tequila, bloody mix, topped with celery, bacon, bleu cheese olive,pepperoncini, gherkin, lime wedge, shrimp, cubed cheese, spicy green bean, rimmed with Old Bay. Yes please, and thank you! Ifyou?re feeling bubbly, their mimosas can be made quite literally sparkly with an edible glitter add-on. Not personally my stylebut the option did give me a nice chuckle. Breakfast is well prepared standard fare. I?ve had the lox platter and eggs Benedict.Both are expertly prepared with generous servings and an artful presentation.
