That were very busy last night and the people working here were doing a great job. Everyone working together. I didn't see... anyone that want working hard to get food out. Not only was the drive thru slammed but the line inside was long. I didn't hearany employee complain about the rush. The only person that seemed to be upset was one customer acting in a very KAREN way. Iordered just before her and had a huge order save it took less than 10 minutes to get it on a diet busy Saturday night. I wasimpressed. Not this woman,. She wanted a refund even tho her food was just being completed. Claimed to be a can driver and lostan offer$100 fair because they took too long. The staff handled it very calmly and professionally. I was impressed at how wellthey handled her. Then one question. What is up with the Big Red fountains. It seems like every White Castle I have been tothey are out of order. I'm guessing it is not there restaurants fault but either a manufacturer or the Big Red supplier havingproblems. Read more
I love the E-town White Castle, I know they should all be the same but this one I think is a cut above the rest. Always fresh... cooked sliders and hot onion rings. Staff is always friendly and professional. Read more
I stopped in here this morning @8:00 a.m. Clean place and my food was so good. GREAT STAFF!!! The girl that took my order, the... girl that cooked the food and served my order.and the man working out back we're all super friendly. Glad I stopped and I willreturn next time I come through. Read more
Food was delicious. I hadn’t been to a White Castle in years and it tasted just how I remembered it. Only issue I encountered... was the lobby was closed however when I pulled around to the window there were guest inside. :( Read more

We don't have one in Colorado. Got the urge to get one because of the movie ????, "Harold and Kumar". I got every single type of... slider. The meat was flat like paper. Fries ???? are the same as you get at the store. Very greasy the hamburger ones????. Tasteis 3 out of 5. McDonalds tastes better. I am impressed with their production. The staff was very polite. I spent with added at-shirt 1+ combo average of 22.78. Not bad????. Read more
The burgers were good and I liked the sauce. I even like the cake on a stick desserts BUT MAN they're floors were so dang... sticky! Like how did they get so sticky if the place hasn't been open for dine-in since COVID started?? Read more
Great tasting food, good prices. Honest workers, we forgot a phone in the restroom as we washed our hands prior to eating and... didn't realize it for over 30 minutes. They had it at the counter for us when we were leaving, noticed it missing, and wentasking. Read more
