Slow service food was cold took 10 min before they even took order
My wife and I went to this Hardee?s for a quick breakfast. There was a lady seated at one of the tables, resting her head on the... table, after her meal. The General Manager walked up to her with a loud and hateful voice ?Ma?am?Ma?am? you can?t sleep in ourlobby. I need to make sure you?re not asleep.? She was not bothering anyone. She was not being loud or disruptive. She wasminding her own business. There were only three tables occupied, so there was no need for her to leave that table. She had paidfor her meal and was simply resting her head on the table after she ate. This man needs to be fired for treating another human,let alone customer, with such disrespect and downgrade. After she left, he was bragging to the people at the other table abouthow he had to run homeless ppl out of the lobby of his previous job. Read more

Went today for lunch. They sensors in the drive thru aren't working. The sign day "say hello" I did but no answer. the 3 cars... in in drive thru left after 7 mins of nothing. I ventured inside I was going there for someone else. I entered. No one at thecounter. They were all enjoying conversation in the managers office. I voiced anyone with her they came out a new employee justhired he apologized. I have my order. As they started my order I noticed no one washed their hands. Before touching food. Therewere fries sitting there before I came in. The last getting my fries agreed the manage to do more fries because these were oldand had been sitting a long time. The nasty manager. Scooped up the old fries And place then back in the basket and put themback into the fryer. I told them I wasn't eating that. So they put me fries in. I got my order and left. Terrible management. Went through and waited 15 minutes the first time, never told why and then they forgot half my order. My... burger is wrong so i go back thru to get it fixed and get rest of my food, given cold fries and wait another 15 minutes for onesandwich. When asked for a refund the manager said she doesn't have clearance to do refunds. Seems like poor training andcustomer service to me. Read more
I'm always surprised that I'm not sic after we go to Hardee's. The restaurant never looks 100% clean and there are never a lot... of cars in the parking lot or the drive through. I used to leave very good reviews of this Hardee's; although today I am very displeased with the service I received. I got my... order, which was a double cheeseburger,regular onion rings, and small Coke. I asked the young man for ketchup, never gave meketchup. I was paying for my food, hands me my small Coke and leaves to get my food. Hands me my food and I park to eat my foodand NO KETCHUP and burger was ICE COLD; so I wrap it back up and go back through the drive thru. They make me another burger, Igo to eat, it was as cold as if not colder than the first! Onion rings were decent though. Read more
