Ever since this business was sold and turned in to Capri (formerly Pizza-Ria) the service has been terrible. We ordered a dairy... free/vegan cheese pizza and they did not bother to inform us that the crust had dairy in it, which could be extremely dangerousif someone had a serious allergy!!! This is like 101 of customer service in the food industry. We have tried to give them thebenefit of the doubt and have ordered a few times. The first time I called, the person who answered didn't understand myquestion and straight up hung up on me. The next time they fought with my husband about changing the delivery address. I haveNEVER felt the need to call a business and complain before, but I did here. When i called and asked to speak to the manager, andthe woman who answered had a very rude conversation with the manager about me before passing the phone off without bothering tomute it. Also, just so everyone is aware, the new owner brought his own staff from out of town and with no warning fired theentire staff of former Pizzaria. These were local people who have kids and families to take care of. I will say that the foodtastes good and that the delivery service was actually pretty prompt. They have a LOT of work to do if they want to succeed. Read more
