Came here July 13th 2022. The young man working up front was very friendly and his customer service was stellar! I did not... catch his name but he has a white shirt and longish blonde hair. Ordered online under my name. Put my husbands name on who it was for. My husband went in to get his order and they said they... didnt have it. He called me to ask and while I was on the phone I heard my husband say Oh its under her name but she put thefood was for me where you do it on the website. Understandably, it was a confusion. I heard the guy (who my husband says was amanager) say "maybe she should learn how to use the website" UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCALLED for. He then said "its the website, Idont have nothin to do with that" My husband then said ..This is your place, you represent it and he responded with "This aintmy business" TERRIBLE TERRIBLE attitude to have as a manager! The service was horrible, first of all my Daughter called in the order and recognized the man who answered the phone as the... Manager. He acted like he didn't even want to take her order and handed the phone off to another employee, so my Daughter placesthe order and they told her 15 or 20 minutes. No big deal as it's Friday night, I drive about 12 minutes to get there stop bythe gas station first. So plenty of time, I go in and the young lady asked if I had a call in order and I said yes then gave hermy name. Then she informed me that they were out of bread and had to wait for more to bake and that would be another 15 to 20minutes, then wants to ask if that's OK with me like it's not late and it's a good drive to any establishment where I live. SoI'm like what other choice did I have but to wait as I was there now, then I wait 15 minutes go back in and they're just nowstarting my order ( they had five employees and were not busy at all) so after all that she did offer to only charge me for twoof the four subs and I said that's ok just charge me for three and give me a bag of chips. When I get home I figured out thatshe charged me for four anyway and they didn't put the bacon on my wife's club sandwich, needless to say we'll be placing a callto corporate tomorrow. Apparently after talking with my my kids that kind of thing goes on there a lot, it seems they do more todiscouraged you from coming there than trying to get you to come dine with them. Jersey Mike?s got our order completely wrong. My boyfriend and I are currently quarantined and did not feel like cooking, so we... did DoorDash. My boyfriend and I ordered the same sub, but made small adjustments to each. On his sub he got the regular size onwheat and added Mayo. I got the mini version on white with extra bacon and no lettuce, tomato, or onion. When we got the foodthey switched the subs. They ended up making his sub on the mini and my sub on the regular one with different breads. We knowthat this is strictly Jersey Mike?s fault and not door dashes. This our spot for subs in Elizabeth City. I am on a low-carb diet and this is one of the few places that serves up food as if... they had planned from the get go to do it that way. I love their sub-in-a-tub, though some items seem to work better thanothers. The Philly style sandwiches more so than the cold cuts. The staff is great and we have never had a problem with themgetting our orders just the way we asked. Service is quick and the place has always been clean. Read more
