I spend at least 100 a week at Dunkin. This is the worst store you have. Poor management. They donot order food service... properly. They have bad social skills and don?t care. I'm really having a hard time understanding why the crew felt it necessary to ask me if they "were picking the donuts or am I?"... when I'm in the drive thru. It just didn't make sense to me. Furthermore, I'll never understand how I order 4 jelly donuts andthere wasn't even a miniscule trace of jelly in either one of them. Disappointed to say the least. I went through the drive-thru, and the lady on the speaker had to ask if I wanted 2 dozen donuts after I told her that I wanted... 1 dozen assorted and 1 dozen glazed donuts. When I got to the window there were a ton of flies flying around the donuts. Thelady at the window wasn't friendly nor did she even look friendly. I got an iced latte instead of a hot latte which I just tookbecause I was already aggravated, and it tasted disgusting. This dunkin donuts is really a let down. And I couldn't even use mycoupon I brought because it doesn't work on Signature lattes, so that was also a bummer. I would rather go to southern maiddonuts even though they don't have a drive-thru because thier customer service is way better, plus it's cleaner. This is the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. No matter what time of day I go there, they are always out of the kind of... donuts I want. Even early in the morning. I thought this was a donut shop!?!?!? Bad, slow service and employees with badattitudes. Don't bother. Read more
I spent 45 minutes in drive thru just waiting from start to finish for my order. It is only 3:00p.m. and there were only 2... vehicles before me. Now there are 7 cars behind me and I am not sure why it has taken so long. I work food service as well. Thisis the only play I get my iced coffee from. I have tried donuts here multiple times. I will note that even though I love Duck Donuts cake donuts more than a yeast donut I... still love a great yeast donut. I have had multiple types of donuts from this Dunkin' location and most of them tasted like theywere days old. They were not fresh like Krispy Kreme donuts are (even if the HOT sign is not on). I have tried their bacon, egg,and cheese croissant and it was OK but I am not a fan of egg whites so it was a miss for me and we haven't been back to getsandwiches from them. They did have a waffle sandwich that was good but I haven't seen it back on the menu in a while. I alwayshave had great service. The service isn't the issue here. It is the quality of the food.
